Domestic Athletes

Exchange and return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

If accepted, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The shoes must be returned in new and unworn condition- partially worn shoes are not eligible for an exchange or return. There are no exceptions to this rule. We are a scrappy, eco-conscious startup with minimal backstock so we want to make each and every pair count.

Exchanges: You will be assessed a $5 restocking fee at the time of exchange- any remaining shipping fees will be covered by Atreyu.

Returns: You will be assessed a $5 restocking fee + return shipping fees at the time of return.

International Athletes

All sales are final and we do not accept exchanges or returns for shoes sold to non-US countries and territories. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout- we hold all international orders for 12 hours before fulfilling them. After which, there are absolutely no changes to the order details and a refund will not be issued for mistakes on order placement.

Outreach Returns

Due to limited space and resources, we will no longer be accepting outreach returns. However, we believe that recycling is important and encourage our athletes to continue donating their old shoes. Here are two trusted resources for all of your recycling needs: American Textile Recycling Service and Soles4Souls.

Shipping policy

Domestic Athletes

We offer free outbound shipping to all domestic USA customers. You will not be charged for any shipping and handling fees at checkout.

International Athletes

All taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout and billed directly to you at the time of purchase. This can be very high in some regions so please understand your full import cost prior to purchase.

Please note: It is our responsibility to ensure that A) your package gets into the hands of the shipping agent and B) to provide you with proper tracking information. If, however, your package does not reach its final destination, the responsibility of the missing package is no longer ours. Be mindful of possible "porch pirating" and keep an eye on your tracking # so you can swiftly collect your package when delivered.
