Return Info

Atreyu offers 3 levels of returns:


USA Atreyu subscribers only.

With each new pair of shoes, you will be given a dedicated return label for your previous pair. Also, you can use the exact same poly bag your shoes arrived in as a return vessel—it provides a second adhesive, allowing you to re-package and re-label without having to buy any materials. We will then clean, sanitize, and re-distribute your old shoes to someone in need in the Austin, TX area.


USA Atreyu customers only.

We totally get it. Sometimes the shoe just doesn't fit! With that said, please request a size exchange immediately upon receiving your shoes. Also, the shoes need to be in brand new condition (i.e. not worn outside). It's not that we're trying to be strict, we're just a scrappy little startup trying to change the game, so we want to make every shoe count... even the ones that you send back when requesting a different size. USA Atreyu customers only. 

This is our least favorite type of return, because it implies that we didn't bring you the running experience we sought to deliver.

Upon receiving your shoes, you will have exactly 14 days to fill out a refund request and return your shoes for refund. It is our ongoing mission to create an epic experience for our athletes, so kindly use the REFUND REQUEST form to let us know how to provide a better running experience. 


All international sales are final and returns of any kind will not be accepted.
