Safely wash your dirty running shoes by following these 6 easy steps: 

1. Remove the shoelaces. 

2. Remove the sock liner (not a requirement). 

3. Place the shoes + laces in the washing machine.  

4. Add a small amount of laundry detergent. 

5. Wash using cold water. 

6. Air dry away from direct sunlight.

Our shipping carriers (USPS & UPS) work independently from Atreyu Running Company, therefore we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

With that being said, if your package is missing, we recommend following these steps: 

1. Hang tight. It is possible that your package was pre-scanned by the carrier prior to delivery. We suggest waiting an additional 1-2 business days for the package to arrive before filing a claim. 

2. Personally file a claim with the carrier in question - USPS or UPS. 

3. Reach out to our athlete experience team at support@atreyurunning.com - they are available to help guide you throught the process.

We believe our shoes fit true to size; therefore, if you regularly wear size X, order size X at checkout.

In between sizes? Order the larger size for a more aggressive fit.

Due to limited space and resources, we will no longer be accepting outreach returns. However, we believe that recycling is important and encourage our athletes to continue donating their old shoes.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot retroactively update the shipping address. We can, however, offer an exchange or return once the package has reached its final destination.
