We do not offer a true wide width (2E or 4E) option at this time, but our uppers are quite forgiving and spacious. With that said, upon further growth, we will reassess the demand for wider widths.

We do not offer a true stability option at this time. We built the upper on a one-piece, die-cut material that is almost sock-like, but rigid enough for tempo cornering. It has a very unique feel, which has paved the way for an astonishingly forgiving and stabilizing upper experience. Additionally, we incorporated a lateral and medial stability weld as well as a minimal heel counter into each shoe. But, upon further growth, we will reassess the demand for a true stability model.

We are confident that our shoes fit true to size. If you wear size X in a typical brand, then we recommend going with size X in Atreyu. For more information regarding sizing, please contact us.

Personally, we enjoy all shoes from various brands until they reach the 150-200 mile marker. However, we recognize that the aforementioned mileage is an imperfect assumption and does not factor in one's training regimen, height/weight, stride pattern, etc.

Furthermore, our intention is to build a performance commodity shoe as opposed to a shoe that was merely ‘build-to-last’. We found that in order to simply enhance mileage, we would have to sacrifice a substantial amount of fit and feel. We set out to change the paradigm and utilized a price-point and subscription service to reflect that value.

Due to limited space and resources at our HQ, we will no longer be accepting outreach returns. However, we believe that recycling is important and encourage our athletes to continue donating their old shoes.

We do not have sample shoes for review at this time. If and when that changes, we will make an official announcement via our social media channels.

We do not offer Atreyu-branded apparel at this time. Our full focus is on designing and producing the best running shoes we possibly can. With that said, we will make an announcement via our social media channels and newsletter if that changes down the road.

Our sock liner is removable so you can replace it with a custom insole. One thing to keep in mind: our liner is 5mm thick and quite soft so removing it will likely take away from the overall feel of the shoe. But, at the end of the day, the structure of your insole will dictate the overall outcome.

Our shoes are built to accommodate daily training, track workouts, marathons, triathlons, and everything in-between. Choose your own adventure, the shoes will do the rest!

Absolutely not. You can cancel your subscription at any time AFTER your second delivery, no strings or hidden fees attached. Please reach out to our support team at support@atreyurunning.com with any questions regarding cancellations.

We'll make sure your shoes arrive at the right place at the right time.

In some cases, international shipping has been delayed at the customs level, but we are very fortunate to have no production or domestic shipping delays at this time.

We currently ship to the following countries: UK, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Canada and Germany. We are continuing to explore more international availability of our shoes. Thanks for your patience as we work to bring these to more of you.
